How and when should I make my appointment at Sage Spa?
You can book spa appointments through our website anytime. You can also call 970-325-7118 during business hours to schedule an appointment.
Please Note: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointments.
What is Sage Spa's cancellation policy?
Sage Spa requires all clients who need to cancel their spa treatment to contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any appointments not canceled within 24 hours will be charged for the appointment.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
What if I'm late to my appointment?
Being late will reduce your massage time. The therapist will wait for 15 minutes before charging the appointment as a “no show.”
Can I bring my kids to Sage Spa?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow clients to bring children with them to spa appointments. There is not an area for children to stay inside the spa.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
To ensure your experience at Sage Spa is pleasant and relaxing, we ask all clients follow these guidelines:
- Avoid alcohol consumption at least 12 hours before your appointment time
- Also avoid eating at least 1 hour before your appointment (for massage clients)
- Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment
- Shower or bathe before your massage
Also, when you arrive for your appointment, please do the following:
- Please put your phone on silent or leave it in your vehicle
- Use the restroom before your session starts
- Communicate with your massage therapist before and during your treatment so they know what you need, what feels good, and what does not
What if I have special medical conditions?
You should always check with your doctor about your special medical conditions or post surgery and getting a massage. Also, massage services are not recommended if there are skin rashes, cuts or infections present.
Sage Spa is unable to accept any clients that are pregnant.
Where is Sage Spa, and where should I park?
Sage Spa is in the south building of Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs. You can park anywhere in the parking lot. You can always go into the lobby for more specific directions.
What should I wear during my treatment?
We always want our guests to be comfortable during their treatment. We suggest leaving underwear on, but removing all other clothing during your massage. Facial clients should dress comfortably but avoid putting on makeup or other items on their faces before treatment.
